        • One speaker is allowed per college.
        • Maximum of 10 speakers are invited ‘for the motion‘ and 10 ‘against it‘.
        • Entries will be entertained on ‘first come first serve’ basis.
        • Oration should be extempore and a maximum of 5 minutes are allotted to each speaker.
        • Warning bell will ring at the end of 4 minutes.
        • 2 slides (ppt format) permissible per speaker.

  1. It is mandatory for the authors of paper presentation to be IACDE members and they should be registered delegates/students at the time of submission of presentation.
  2. Abstracts must be Sent via email at scientific.pgconvention2019@gmail.com after registration clearly indicating the conference registration no. at the top of abstract.
  3. Acceptance of abstract submission is subject to the decision of the scientific committee which shall be final and binding.The committee has the prerogative to ask for a change in oral presentation in the form of a poster.
  4. Submission of abstract carries with it an obligation to present the accepted paper in person without any change in scientific content during the allotted time.
  5. One student is allowed to participate in only one category of the scientific presentation.
  6. In the case of multiple entries,only one either paper or poster will be considered.
  7. Only those candidates who will be physically present at the conference are eligible to receive certificates.
  8. The paper presentation should be original research/ case reports. Reviews would not be accepted.
  9. Only one author is allowed per paper.
  10. The title of abstract should be concise and should not exceed 30 words.The complete title should be capitalized and should not contain abbreviations.
  11. The abstracts should not exceed 250 words and should be submitted as A4 sheet with 2.54cm margins on all sides,font style-TIMES NEW ROMAN,font size 12px,alignment-justified with spacing of 1.5 between the lines. It should include the introduction,methodology,summary of results and conclusions.No references,tables,charts and drawings are allowed in abstract. Abstract body shall not include any indication of personal details of the authors.Avoid reference to institution names, location or funding sources in the abstract.
  12. Name,last name ,title,institution,city and contact details of authors shall be stated separately and clearly.
  13. The abstract should not have been submitted and accepted at any other conference/scientific meeting.
  14. LAST DATE of submission of abstract is 15th DECEMBER 2018.
  15. If the abstract is accepted the notification will be sent to the authors by 30th December 2018.
  16. Laptop will be provided for presentation,presenter has to bring his/her presentation in pendrive.
  17. Schedule for the same will be displayed on the website by JANUARY 10,2019
  18. All communications should be done by the presenting author only.
  19. The total duration of paper presentation will be of 10 minutes-8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
  20. The accepted abstracts will be incorporated in the conference booklet/CD.

All the powerpoint presentations and word documents should be in MS Office 2007 compatible mode.
All the presenters must mention their email ID and Contact Numbers for further communication.
